Kate Middleton Wears Repeat To Greet Dame Helen Mirren (PHOTOS)

Kate Middleton Meets Helen Mirren

When celebrities come to Buckingham Palace, Kate Middleton makes sure she's dressed to impress.

For the prestigious event, which marked the Queen's 60 years as a patron of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, the 32-year-old sported a royal red Alexander McQueen dress which she had also worn in 2012 at the Queen's royal river pageant. (Kate's a pro at shopping her closet.)

Just the day before, Prince William presented Mirren with a fellowship at the BAFTAs, which prompted Prince George's mum to tell the British actress, "My husband called you Granny last night."

For her part, Mirren could pass for a royal in a stunning navy shift dress, red nails and silver earrings.

While Kate didn't bring out her bling for this occasion, we're sure the Queen (both the real one and the fake one) approved of the length of her skirt.
