Obama Likes Canada, But Jokes Olympic Hockey Outcome Could Change That (VIDEO)

WATCH: Obama Likes Canada, But..

In between photo ops and polished remarks at the so-called Three Amigos summit, U.S. President Obama jokingly admitted that the warm fuzzy feelings he has towards Canada hang in the balance of two Olympic hockey matches.

“My brother-in-law is Canadian, so you know I have to like Canadians,” Obama quipped at a Toluca, Mexico news conference.

He went on to mention how the two countries' women's Olympic hockey teams are set to play for gold on Thursday in Sochi, while the men's teams are battling it out on Friday for a spot in Sunday's final.

“For a very brief period of time, I may not feel as warm towards Canadians as I normally do," he said. "At least until those matches are over.”

Tell us how you really feel, Mr. President.

Canada’s women’s hockey team is set to play Team USA for gold on Feb. 20 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
