Canadian hockey player Marie-Philip Poulin was the hero in Thursday's women's hockey gold medal game. Poulin scored the tying goal in the third period AND the overtime winner in the 3-2 nailbiter.
It was devastating for the United States who were a minute away from winning their first gold medal in more than a decade. We're not sure what Poulin and her teammates said to the Americans during the traditional handshake line. But one person on imgur uploaded this hilarious gif of what Poulin might've said to the dozens of American players whose hopes and dreams she snuffed out.
We wouldn't be surprised if Poulin actually did say this of course. Then again, the rivalry between these two teams is well known, intense and sometimes ugly.
