Bieber Jail Videos To Be Released Once Techs Blur His Genitals, Police Photos Out Now

Justin Bieber has a Toronto court appearance slated for next Monday (March 10) but that might be the least of his worries right now as the remaining police video clips from a Miami Beach arrest earlier this year will be released. And technicians at the Miami Beach Police Department might have the most thankless job of all time regarding the videos.

The Guardian reports sensitive portions will be blacked out to protect Bieber's privacy. However, people will be able to connect the dots as two of the five unreleased videos concern the singer giving a urine test, revealing his genital area which again will be blacked out. Much of the footage was released last week which showed Bieber attempting to walk a straight line during a sobriety test.

"Mr. Bieber's right to privacy is paramount," Miami-Dade County judge William Altfield said. "He has not lost his right to privacy, and that is what is important here." The judge agreed with attorneys for Bieber who argued airing the video invaded the musician's privacy which was more important than the public's right to know. Lawyers representing the Associated Press, the Miami Herald and CBS television outlet said the ruling was about protecting Bieber from the clips being released online.

Bieber's attorney Roy Black said three clips will be released without any portions blacked out as they are shot from an angle and distance that makes it difficult to determine what is happening. There's no word as to exactly when the video clips will be released.

However, earlier this morning TMZ reported the footage's release will be difficult as Bieber's penis moves around too much while he's taking the urine test. The footage reportedly shows Bieber giving the urine sample but because he's moving during the deed technicians are having a tough time blurring the video and blocking his area. The Miami Beach Police Department reportedly have been working on the issue continuously since yesterday (March 4). A judge will have to see the video and give approval before it's released.

Meanwhile, the Miami Beach Police Department released several photos of Bieber displaying his various tattoos. One tattoo on his lower stomach is shown as well as the Roman numerals which would be 1 9 7 5. A small crown near his left collarbone was also displayed and a Biblical passage (Psalm 119:105) on his back. Other ink work shown included a joker's face with "Love" written beside it as well as a treble clef behind his left ear.
