9 Shilo soldiers in hospital after military trucks collide

Nine Canadian Forces soldiers are in hospital after two military trucks collided at CFB Shilo in western Manitoba on Wednesday evening.

Ten soldiers were involved in the collision, which happened during a training exercise on the base, a military spokesperson confirmed to CBC News.

Of the 10 soldiers involved, nine were sent to hospital in Brandon, Man.

The spokesperson did not have details on injuries.
