RCMP Cpl. Alanna Dunlop says 18-year-old Nicholas Boscoe turned himself in at the Port Coquitlam courthouse on Thursday morning.
Boscoe is one of two men who are facing charges for allegedly luring two teenaged girls into prostitution.
Also charged is 22-year-old David May who was arrested earlier this month.
Police have said that Surrey Mounties came across the case as they spoke with a young woman and the two suspects while investigating a car crash in January.
