On March 19, Toronto police released a new group of documents regarding the investigation into Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and his friend Sandro Lisi, including a description of the infamous crack video which begins below on the third page:

According to the Toronto Star, police offered to show Mayor Rob Ford the tape, but he declined the offer.
