Fresh off his set at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Deadmau5 on Monday unveiled a new toy he's waited months to realize.
The superstar DJ, whose real name is Joel Zimmerman, tweeted a picture of his completed "Purrari," a Ferrari Spider 458 that's been tricked out with nyan cats.
Lest you believe that this is an early April Fools' Day joke, Deadmau5 worked on the car for months, designing a wrap with painstaking attention to detail.
The Purrari 458 is happening. Nyannyannyan..... ;) http://t.co/yl1h1WnVOl— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) December 12, 2013
Who does Deadmau5 hope to take for a ride? None other than Rob Ford:
.@TOMayorFord Rob!!! the purrari is ready! i hereby invite you to the first inaugral coffee run in it! what say you!???— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) March 31, 2014
And the mayor seems only too happy to oblige him:

At the very least, it made the DJ's mother proud:
It looks just great Joel. pic.twitter.com/Q8YLwG35F9— nancy zimmerman (@mau5mom) March 31, 2014
It was even spotted rolling around Liberty Village in Toronto:
