CALGARY - A man accused of killing a junior high school teacher in Calgary has been ordered to stand trial.

Nicholas Rasberry is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Craig Kelloway.

Kelloway, who was 31, was stabbed at a neighbour's home in May 2013.

Police said at the time that Kelloway had just met the neighbour that day.

Rasberry has been in custody since his arrest.

Alberta Justice says the preliminary hearing wrapped up Wednesday with the judge determining the case should go to trial.
