'Blood Moon' Eclipse Captured Above B.C. In Timelapse Video

WATCH: 'Blood Moon' Over B.C.

Miss the "blood moon" eclipse Monday night? Or maybe you just want to relive it?

Either way, you're in luck: this lunar eclipse, which occurs when the moon suddenly turns red, was captured in a timelapse video by Alberni Weather.

Filmed from a webcam in Port Alberni between 10 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., the video shows the sky starting out cloudy but ends with a clear view of this gorgeous natural phenomenon.

"Note the bright star Spica to the immediate right of the moon and the planet Mars at its brightest (in opposition) at top right diagonally from the moon," instructs the video's description on YouTube.

There will be three more eclipses this calendar year: a solar eclipse on April 29, a total lunar eclipse in October, and a partial solar eclipse on October 23.
