Kate Middleton Causes Diane Von Furstenberg Wrap Dress To Sell Out In Minutes (PHOTOS)

Kate Middleton Wows In Wrap Dress

Kate Middleton swapped her sunshine yellow Roksanda Ilincic dress for something more subdued on Thursday.

Wearing a white and navy Diane von Furstenberg cotton wrap dress and her trademark wedges, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Winmalee in New South Wales to meet with rescue workers and residents who were affected by bushfires that devastated the region last year.

The Princess also opted to carry her valuables in a black clutch.

Good thing Kate chose something comfortable to wear for the day. The royal couple later met with local Girl Guides for a tree-planting ceremony (and cute photo-op) before being ushered to Echo Point to take in stunning views of the region’s famous Three Sisters rock formation.

Keen fashionistas who want to mirror the Princess’ style may be out of luck, at least for now. The ikat print dress sold out on DVF’s U.S. site within minutes of the Duchess’ appearance.

Long live the "Kate effect"!
