One of our favourite Vancouver bloggers, Melissa Carr, at the thirties grind, loves real estate porn, just like us.
She recently flagged the "ultimate girly house" for sale in East Van. As long as we ignore the $1,199,000 price tag, and the fact the furnishings don't come included, we could see ourselves moving right in.

OK, maybe more like the one-bedroom suite that's currently rented out.
An open house is scheduled for the three-level, 1910 Edwardian home on Sunday afternoon (April 27).
