Kate Middleton And Prince William Visit Bear Cottage Hospice

Will And Kate Visit Children's Hospice

Not every moment of Will and Kate's tour through Australia and New Zealand has been fun — some of it has been genuinely sad.

The royal couple choked back tears on their visit to the Bear Cottage Children's Hospice in Manly, Australia on Friday. Will and Kate met 10-month-old Max, a baby dying of meningitis who is the same age as Prince George.

Will told the U.K. Express newspaper he was "really worried I would start crying."
