Matt Cooke knee takes out Tyson Barrie

The Colorado Avalanche will be without the services of Tyson Barrie for the remainder of Game 3, and maybe longer, after taking a knee-on-knee hit from Minnesota's Matt Cooke.

Just 2:02 into the second period of a scoreless game, Barrie was forced to head to the locker room following the hit just two minutes into the second period of the scoreless game.

Cooke was issued a two-minute minor for kneeing.
