In January Cory Sater was found guilty of impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
The judge determined that Sater had consumed six double rye-and-Cokes and two Jägerbomb drinks at a bar before driving his Jeep into a group standing at the scene of an earlier accident on Lougheed Highway at Pitt River Road.
Charlene Reaveley, 30, and Lorraine Cruz, 26, were both killed instantly.
Sater fled the scene and later turned himself into police.
Testimony from staff at the bar along with video surveillance footage and a blood alcohol expert's analysis were enough for the judge to convict Sater.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled to being at 10 a.m. PT.
