Good Samaritans Pull Woman From Burning Car

Heroes Pull Woman From Burning Car

A woman has three Good Samaritans to thank after they rescued her from a burning car wreck.

The woman suffered a medical emergency while she was driving in Surrey, B.C. on Wednesday evening and lost control of her car, according to CTV News.

Her car swerved into oncoming traffic and then drove into a ditch, reports Global News. That caused the car to roll over, hit a pole, and catch fire.

"There were flames coming from underneath the car, the base of the car at the front end, and you could smell the acrid smoke from it," Chris Griffiths, one of the three men who pulled over to help, told CBC News.

RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet told the news outlet that the accident left the woman, believed to be in her late 20s or early 30s, with only a sore back.
