Lets face it, weddings can get out of control and can drain your wallet like no shopping spree can. We love them when the bride is floating down the aisle, but the bills associated with the special day will probably bring about some waterworks (and not the happy kind).

Enter: wedding dresses under $1,000, which come in all shapes, shades and styles to suit even the most discerning bride. But just because they're on the cheaper end (the average cost of a wedding gown was $1,798 in 2011) affordable wedding dresses can be beautiful and just what you're looking for when you're on a budget. At least this is one piece of the wedding pie where you can shave off a few dollars.

For brides on a serious budget but don’t want to sacrifice style, H&M has the perfect solution.
