It's not summer in B.C. without the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE), and it's not the PNE without the prize home.
That's right, friends, the time is here! The prize home is back, marking 80 years of the popular lottery.
"Love It Or List It Vancouver" co-host and former Bachelorette Jillian Harris designed this year's space, which boasts sleek, chic, white interiors and staple accent pieces. Her favourite room in the house is the master bedroom ensuite because of its clawfoot tub. Can't you just picture yourself soaking in it after a long day at the office?
The 3,000 sq.-ft. home, which is currently on display on the PNE grounds, is worth $1.3 million, reports The Province. The house will be on an estate-sized lot on Kelowna’s Kirschner Mountain with gorgeous lake views, reported Global News.
The lottery tickets, already on sale, are five for $25 and 15 for $50.
“At the very beginning of every project with the PNE, you know it’s a year long,” Harris, who has designed two other PNE prize homes, told The Province. “But when the space is done, it is the most exciting time of my year.”
And it could all be yours:
