Police say a 37-year-old woman complained to them that she was physically and sexually assaulted while working in the sex trade.
They allege a man who was acting as her pimp forced her to have sex with him as well as with other clients between August and October of last year.
In March, police arrested 26-year-old Daniel Erhabor, who faces almost a dozen charges, including human trafficking and sexual assault.
A further investigation determined the same woman had been forced to work for two other people as well.
Ricardo Joseph, who is 30, and 25-year-old Cynthia Kindoko face numerous charges that include human trafficking and living on the avails of prostitution.
All three suspects are from Calgary.
Erhabor has been released on bail and is next to appear in court June 13.
Joseph and Kindoko have both been remanded in custody. Their next court appearance is set for June 17.
