Kate Middleton sure knows how to rock a coat.

The 32-year-old royal looked polished and sophisticated, as usual, in the coat, which she accessorized with a pair of classic black pumps, a black fascinator, and of course, her stunning (and matching) engagement ring. Her luscious locks were styled in a half-up 'do, which will surely inspire some summer wedding hairstyles.

And as she often does, Kate shopped her closet for this look. The Duchess previously wore this coat during the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand, where she opted to complete the look with a ponytail instead of keeping her hair down.

Prince William was also present for the day's events, looking dapper in a navy suit. This appearance is the royal couple's second since returning from their trip down under; just last week they were in Scotland, where they sampled whisky and in turn, put all those pregnancy rumours to rest for the time being.

And following the D-Day events, Kate will be preparing for her first solo event since coming home. Duchess Catherine is slated to attend a breakfast at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England next week. We're looking forward to seeing what she wears then!

What do you think of Kate's blue coat?
