Kate Middleton already has a fantastic wardrobe, enviable hair and a stunning physique but that's not good enough for the Duchess of Cambridge!
According to the Daily Mail, Prince George's mum has adopted a raw food diet to get radiant skin.
"[Catherine] hopes her new regime will further improve her glowing complexion and help her keep her slender figure," reports the Mail.
The diet includes feasting on watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh and almond milk and according to the Mail, the 32-year-old has "developed a fondness for the popular Latin American dish ceviche – raw fish marinated in the juice of lemons or limes and spices."
The benefits of raw food diets have been well documented: the minerals and vitamins inside these foods help strengthen your hair, nails and skin; rebuild collagen in the body; improve circulation and provide antioxidants that can reduce the signs of aging.
No wonder the Duchess always looks picture-perfect!
