Justin Bieber has moved to Beverly Hills, much to the chagrin of his new neighbours.
TMZ reports the singer -- who left his Calabasas abode earlier this year -- is renting two units in a Beverly Hills condominium complex which he moved into earlier in June. One is a penthouse unit while the other is situated on the floor beneath the penthouse with no direct connection between the two.
However, neighbors have already become irked by Bieber's presence and have been in touch with the local homeowners association due to the smell of marijuana as well as excessive noise. "The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by (Justin's) unit," a resident in the building told the outlet.
Bieber reportedly hasn't made a great impression thus far with police reportedly called twice regarding noise and partying. Neighbors complained of a party last week which ended around 4am. The singer also staged a party on Monday, June 23, which included a bar as well as bongs. The penthouse was also being "hotboxed" or enclosed to keep the marijuana smoke in a small area for maximum effect.
The singer has made no comment on the story.
Bieber is also awaiting word as to whether a vandalism charge stemming from reportedly egging his neighbor's home in Calabasas earlier this year will be deemed a misdemeanor or a felony.
