Things You May Not Know About Smelly Garlic

In a video by digital media company Everwell, not only do we learn about the history of garlic — like how some people believe garlic was first grown in the left footprint of Satan after he exited the garden of Eden — but also the nutritional benefits that come with it.

The video also goes into the potential health benefits of garlic and the best tips for cooking it. And if you still have room in your garden for new produce, check out these tips on how to grow your own garlic (it makes a great learning plant for newbies).
