Bad Albums That Good Artists Should Never Have Made

Even the greatest artists put a foot wrong sometimes.

The Beatles' "Wild Honey Pie" is little more than aural torture. Radiohead's "We Suck Young Blood" is a blight on the otherwise stellar "Hail to the Thief."

It's with that in mind that we hope to help Pink Floyd avert a terrible mistake.

You see, the band we know from such classics as "Money," "Comfortably Numb" and "Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2" is set to release a new album, "The Endless River," in October.

And without Roger Waters to help them, we're concerned it could critically flop as badly as "The Division Bell" did in 1994.

With that subpar work in mind, it's worth reflecting on the fact that many talented artists have released whole albums they likely regret.

We've compiled a list of the most grievous examples in the hope that Pink Floyd, or what's left of them, avoids making a similar misstep in future.
