Calgary's condo market is hot, hot, hot right now.
In July, the resale of condo apartments and townhomes grew 12 and 15 per cent, respectively, reports the Calgary Herald.
And those numbers appear to be tipping the national price scale Calgary's way.
According to a report released earlier this week by the Conference Board of Canada, Calgary will lead the nation in price growth for the resale condo market.
And while the current median resale price is forecast to rise 6.6 per cent to $271,413 this year, that price will buy you a fairly standard unit — one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.
