Over the weekend, Canadian cutie Nina Dobrev partook in the ALS challenge but not before quickly stripping down to a bikini.
"Challenge accepted. If you're gonna go in , you gotta go ALLLLLLL in. #ALS," the "Vampire Diaries" star captioned her Instagram video.
In the vid, the 25-year-old stands on a boat as someone off camera dumps a big bucket of ice water over her. After getting drenched, the brunette beauty shakes away her hair and jumps feet first into the water with her black-and-neon yellow two-piece on full display.
Nina is far from the only celeb to do the Ice Bucket Challenge, which is taking over social media by storm. Celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Oprah, Lady Gaga, Cara Delevingne and Britney Spears have each been doused in freezing cold water and have shared the results with their Instagram followers.
It's not just a weird fad either. While it looks like a fun celebrity game, the purpose of Ice Bucket Challenge is to raise awareness for ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or also known as Lou Gehrig's disease).
We're glad to see that so many celebrities (especially homegrown ones) are partaking in the challenge!
