A Brampton man is being urged to turn himself in after a deadly shooting last weekend.

On Sunday evening, a 21-year-old man was shot outside the Brampton Towers at 85 Charolais Boulevard. The victim, since identified as Mohan Dori, died in hospital shortly after the incident occurred.

On Wednesday, Peel Regional Police identified Che'don Jackson, 22, as the man they believe is responsible for the shooting.

The suspect is described as a 5'10" black male who weighs 190 pounds and has a heavy build. Police say Jackson has black hair, a shaved head and brown eyes.

He was last seen leaving the scene of the shooting in the passenger seat of a dark-coloured, four-door sedan. Police released the following video of the suspect:

Police are urging Jackson to speak to a lawyer and arrange for surrender.

Police say Jackson should be considered armed and dangerous. If spotted, members of the public are being asked to call 911.
