Iggy Azalea Sex Tape: Rapper's Ex Says Contract Gives Him Right To Sell It

Iggy Azalea's Ex Claims He Has Legal Right To Sell Sex Tape

The recent controversy surrounding Iggy Azalea and an alleged sex tape took another turn earlier today with her ex-boyfriend, who yesterday claimed the video was "stolen" from his hard drive, is now claiming he has Azalea's signature on a release that would allow him to legally sell it.

TMZ reported earlier today that Hefe Wine -- the musician's former boyfriend, manager and, um, co-star in the alleged video -- stated that Azalea signed a "lengthy agreement" with Wine in February, 2009 which would give him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

Wine believes that with Azalea (born Amethyst Amelia Kelly) signing the document he can released the sex tape by simply placing a "music bed" underneath the footage. Wine claims by doing this he'd have exclusive rights to the sex tape and then be able to sell it. Wine also believes he could create a website dedicated to hosting the video and selling it.

Azalea has yet to comment on Wine's latest allegations either on her Twitter account or on her official Facebook page. Earlier this month, she stated her case in a series of messages on her Twitter account, including tweeting the following:

Vivid, the adult film company who has expressed interest in purchasing the tape, has also made no comment regarding Azalea's signature on the alleged document.
