Do you prefer drinking out of a beer can or beer bottle? Some people swear against drinking out of cans claiming the metal interferes with the flavour and results in a tinny taste. Is it true? Or is it all in their heads?
Well, according to recent studies and a handful of breweries it's just not true. Good, fresh tasting beer comes down to three factors: heat, oxygen and light. For two of those factors, heat and oxygen, cans and bottles serve identical purposes resulting in the same taste so long as the containers are filled and stored correctly.
