That's what we imagine is going through the head of a large, lethargic black bear who has spent the last two days roaming residential Port Coquitlam, B.C.
The lumbering bear was first spotted on Wednesday, wandering into backyards and napping beside houses, CBC News reported.
Many residents said they did not want the animal harmed but efforts by conservation specialists to remove the bear haven't worked, according to CTV News.
“We tried pepper spray, we tried rubber bullets, we tried bear bangers, but I think because the bear is so tired and it’s so big it was just exhausted," Conservation Officer Jack Trudgian told the outlet.
A middle school was locked down as a precaution on Thursday afternoon as officials dealt with the bear, said CTV.
“We don’t want to tranquilize the bear on the ground, we’d prefer to get him in the tree, but he’s so fat," Trudgian told Global News.
After an "exhausting" day of cruising and napping, the bear fell asleep in some blueberry bushes on Thursday.
"He’s just fat, and he’s lazy, and he was just resting," Trudgian said to Global. He said he hopes the sleepy animal will return to its home on Friday (where it will no doubt rest some more from its adventures).
Update, 4:30 p.m.: Conservation officers told CTV News on Friday that the bear had likely strolled back to its home in the wilderness.
