BuzzBuzzHome: When we mined our data to find the smallest new condo suites available in Canada, Montreal had the honour of being home to the smallest of the small, with a condo on the market at just 286-square feet. We’ve come a long way since then and it’s clear that Montreal isn’t just home to shrunken spaces.

Here’s our roundup of the five largest new condo suites currently available in the city, organized by smallest to largest based on complete size (we’re even counting how many times the city’s smallest condo can fit in each unit). Whether you’re looking for a space with an at-home gym, wine cellar or a terrace that spans the entire length of a penthouse, these impressive units have it all.
