Kweku Mandela Wants To Abolish Extreme Poverty By 2030

Kweku Mandela's reputation may not be as grand as his grandfather Nelson Mandela, but that doesn't mean his goals aren't less ambitious.

The film maker and social activist now spends his time upholding his grandfather's legacy by working towards eliminating AIDS and HIV in Africa and ending extreme poverty in the next 15 years through The Global Poverty Project.

Mandela travelled to Toronto for this year's We Day and sat down as part of an AOL's Conversation Starter series to talk about the issues closest to him; discussing inequality between the world's richest and poorest is everyone's problem.
