Halloween is that time of year where lots of us like to dress up as celebrities. Well, for once Us Weekly's specious claim that stars are just like us rings true because celebs like to dress up as celebs, too.
Of course, their non-celeb costumes are also pretty cool, albeit it's not like they are limited by budget like the rest of us.
