Ebola outbreak: Rona Ambrose to announce Canada's latest response

Health Minister Rona Ambrose is in Winnipeg today where she is updating Canadians on the government's latest response to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

CBCNews.ca is carrying the announcement live starting at 3 p.m. ET.

Ambrose will be joined by Dr. Gregory Taylor, the chief public health officer, and Dr. Judith Bossé, the assistant deputy minister for infectious disease prevention and control.

The news release in advance of the minister's announcement noted there are currently no cases of Ebola in Canada.
