It's been two years, but Toronto police have not forgotten about a man who kicked down Canadian flags at a Remembrance Day event outside Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre while jogging through the adjacent park.

The man, who was photographed by bystanders, ran through a small patch of Canadian flags, kicking them up as he ran through. Police at 53 division say that constitutes mischief.

The runner, described as white, between five feet nine inches and five feet eleven inches tall, 170 to 180 pounds and bald, also made an obscene gesture.
