You might not think of texting as back-breaking work, but according to new research, it may permanently damage your spine. This morning Metro Morning host Matt Galloway spoke with Sasha Hamid a chiropractor with the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

Citing a new study, she explains how texting can put unhealthy pressure on your spine.
