It’s that time of year again, when Canadians head to the ski hills, passing along the way some fancy mountain homes they wished they owned.

Anyone who’s fought winter traffic on Autoroute 15 or the Sea-to-Sky Highway knows just how much easier the ski life would be if they had a home at the base of the mountain.

Or how about just buying a whole chunk of mountainside? This four-bedroom, 5,400-square-foot property in the Most-Tremblant area comes with an entire slope of the area’s tallest hill. Price tag $2.5 million.
