LOOK: The Most Googled Toys In Canada This Holiday Season

It’s that time of year again, when frenzied parental units step on each other in a mad rush to get their kids that popular toy that’s just flying off the shelves.

You may want to consider skipping the checkout line madness this year and ordering online, something an ever-larger number of Canadians are doing.

But either way, you’re going to need advance warning about which toys are so hot they’re likely to pull a disappearing act from the stockroom before Christmas rolls around.

Google Canada trends analyst Aaron Brindle was kind enough to share with us the search engine’s top toy search terms for Canada for this year.

Here are the top five trending toys — meaning the toy names that saw the largest jump this year from 2013.
