On Thursday evening, the 34-year-old stunner celebrated her cover by going fully clothed (natch) in a simple—but sexy—black two-piece ensemble, featuring a Mugler bandeau top and a floor-length J. Mendel skirt with a thigh-high slit.
To complement her toned down look, the Vogue cover gal sported simple straight locks with a side part, neutral makeup and barely any accessories. It was sleek, modern and really refreshing, considering Kim usually goes for dramatic looks on the red carpet.
North West's mom has been in the news lately for several reasons; one being that she is officially one half of the most liked Instagram photo of 2014 and secondly, she finally broke her silence on the Hollywood hacking scandal that saw dozens of celebs' nude photos leaked online, including Kim's.
"I feel violated because these are private pictures," Kim told Elle UK. "I didn't choose for them to be out there. But I'm also realistic. I'm on covers of magazines practically naked, so I can't go crazy about it. The only choice I can make is to not let it shake me up. I'm not having that choice taken away from me."
