Toronto police have released footage of what they say is an arson suspect in the Oxford Street and Spadina Avenue area.

There have been two incidents of arson in Kensington Market recently. One major fire that destroyed three row houses on Oxford Street, and days before that an earlier fire was started behind El Arepazo, a restaurant located on Augusta Avenue.

Several videos of suspects have come from people and businesses — including one from El Arepazo —  in the days since.

Police describe a video of a man seen entering the garage, setting a fire with "items" found in the garage and then leaving the scene at the rear of 214 Augusta Avenue, where the restaurant is located.

On Friday, they released a video of the suspect in a convenience store.

Police believe the man is responsible for both fires.
