Try as you might to avoid it, there's always one moment during the holidays when you get stuck talking to that relative who always manages to make you feel this big. Or, even worse, your family sees the annual dinner as their opportunity to interrogate you on everything you don't want to talk about, from your relationship to your job to your weight.
