Of course Taylor Swift looks upset about wearing a fabulous designer dress.
The 25-year-old hitmaker covers the "Rule Breakers 2014" issue of The Hollywood Reporter sporting a gorgeous blue sequin-and-sheer gown while screaming and pulling at her hair.
Of course, Tay could just have been yelling out in joy because she's had an incredible year. From crossing over to pop music (after spending years in the country market) to putting out the biggest selling album of the year (1989 sold 1.2 million copies in the first week); it's been a whirlwind 2014 for the "Out of the Woods" singer.
"The biggest challenge this year actually was convincing members of my own team that this was a good call," she told THR about making her new album. "I'd get called in front of a group of people who have known me and worked with me for years who’d say, 'Are you sure that you want call the album 1989? We think it’s a weird title. Are you sure you want to put an album cover out that has less than half of your face on it? Are you positive that you want to take a genre that you’ve cemented yourself in and completely switch to a new one that you are a newcomer to?'"
Tay's also had an incredible style evolution this year, which has seen her go from country girl to New York city slicker in just a few months.
Seems as if Taylor is ready to take on 2015!
