Madonna, Marylin Manson and Rihanna are just a few of the artists set to return with a new record in 2015. Relaxnews has compiled a list of releases not to miss this year.

Rihanna

The beloved Barbadian singer has largely kept secret the details of her next album, which her fans are calling "R8." The only thing known about this mysterious record is the year of its release: 2015. However, the star indicated on Instagram that she is already working on the new album and even shared a musical excerpt.

Madonna

The pop icon will return in March 2015 with "Rebel Heart," several tracks from which have already leaked to the internet. Since December 20, six tracks have been available for pre-order from the album, which was produced in part by Kanye West.

U2

Last October, the Irish band told Q Magazine that their next album "Songs of Experience" was 70% finished. Bono's band is known for its productivity, so it seems likely that this follow-up to "Songs of Experience" will be released at some point in 2015. The band will also head out on tour this year to promote its previous album, which was released for free on iTunes.

Muse

The British musicians announced their return to the studio on Instagram, confirming the arrival of a new record this spring. As Matthew Bellamy told NME, the sound is expected to be less experimental than the brand's previous work.

Asaf Avidan

The Israeli singer will return in early 2015 with the follow-up to "Different Pulses." Due for release on January 12, the new record will include the single "Over My Head," which the artist shared in October.

Marilyn Manson

Last October, the provocateur and recording artist dropped the single "Third Day of a Seven Day Binge," which is available for free download at his website. The track sets the tone for his forthcoming album, "The Pale Emperor," which will go on sale starting January 19. A few days later, on January 21, Manson will begin promoting the new record on his "Hell Not Hallelujah Tour."
