$15K missing from Oakville church

Police believe a man seen on camera entering Oakville's the St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic on Jan. 7, between 12:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., may have left with $15,000.

The suspect was caught on security video at 1:22 p.m. entering the church's administrative office. When he left, police say $15,000 in both cash and donation cheques went missing.

The suspect is described as 45 to 50-years-old, five feet ten inches to six feet tall, and 180 to 200 pounds. His hair is described by police as short and thinning at the top, longer in the back, and wearing a brown or grey moustache and unshaven beard or goatee.
