Reserved lane problems plaguing the A20 east

A reserved bus lane that opened on Nov. 15 with a price tag $13 million appears to be sitting empty while STM drivers and taxi drivers opt for the non-reserved lanes.

CBC Homerun traffic reporter Jeremy Zafran mounted a camera on his vehicle and drove the length of Highway 20 east to show you the four major problems he sees on the stretch of road.
