FREDERICTON - New Brunswick is reviewing its legislation that governs access to information and protection of privacy.

The provincial government's Department of Government Services is inviting the public to offer feedback on its website until March 31.

The department says the review is intended to determine how well the legislation is working and what aspects of it can be improved.

The government says the feedback will be included in final reports that will be submitted to the legislative assembly.
