During a recent performance of her Las Vegas "Pieces Of Me" residency, Spears had a hair extension malfunction, which was caught on camera by an audience member.
The singer was singing "Do Something," and a section of her blonde extensions became loose and dangled like a horsetail for a few seconds before falling to the stage.

Spears has been wearing clip-on extensions for her tour since she cut her hair into a short bob.
During an earlier show on her tour, she suffered a small wardrobe malfunction when her costume's zipper opened up totally exposing her back.
