It's been a long slog through winter and your diet is probably proof of that. After all, it's hard to get inspired by the less-than-delicious produce options available at the supermarket, and honestly, there's nothing more comforting than a big bowl of pasta on a freezing day.

Fortunately, to kick us out of our bad habits, the Dietitians of Canada have designated March as "Nutrition Month," 31 days dedicated to making more informed choices about what you're putting in your body. It happens to coincide with (please, please) the start of spring, a season that just feels fresher and lighter, and yes, healthier.

Since we spend so much of our time at work, it only makes sense that it can affect our diet, for better or for worse. The organization has put together some tips to point out just how your office might be making your eating habits less than healthy — and how to fix them. In addition to a slew of tips, they're also offering recipes at Cookspiration, that bases its suggestions on your mood, the time of day, and a few highlighted foods.
