CALGARY - A Calgary man is facing several charges related to an alleged sex assault involving a teen and an unrelated attack in a cemetery.

Police say a concerned parent contacted authorities after discovering text messages of a sexual nature on her child’s cellphone.

The messages contained child pornography.

An investigation found that a suspect’s phone number was linked to an unrelated sexual assault in Calgary's Queens Park Cemetery in July 2014.

Charges against Peter Anthony Goulden, who is 50, include two counts of sexual assault, luring and sexual interference with a child under 16.
