Canadian pop star Justin Bieber signed himself up for this.
After begging Comedy Central to be roasted, the 21-year-old was subjected to some of the harshest barbs ever thrown at him. Celebrities in the roasting line-up included Will Ferrell (as Ron Burgundy), Kevin Hart, Ludacris and Dave Chappelle, who let the singer have it.

After the roast, Bieber apologized for his antics (public urination, reckless driving, vandalism) over the past several months:
"I turned a lot of people off over the past few years, but I know I can still turn out good music and turn everything all around,” said Bieber. "I've lost some of my best qualities. For that, I am sorry. I'm looking forward to being someone who you guys can all look at and be proud of."
